What will you be working on?

A large part of your time will be spent handling cases within Car Warranty. The work involves daily contact with car workshops, car dealers, and car owners where reviewing damage calculations and interpreting terms is an important part. You will handle cases for the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets.

As a case handler, you will process cases via phone, email, and our in-house developed claims system. You will work in a team where we help each other to streamline our flows and processes.

Who are you?

You have at least a high school diploma; if you have a post-secondary education, we see it as a significant plus. Previous experience working in a workshop or in the automotive industry is considered a prerequisite for success in this role. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of how the used car market looks. You are an ambitious, independent, and meticulous person. Previous experience with consumer purchase laws is a merit.
